In the QS. 3:55 (Ali Imron) says as follows: "O ISA ..., people who follow you, over the unbelievers until the Day of Judgement."
Even in QS.29: 46 says "forbidden to argue with the Christians because the Christian God and Muhammad is his Lord Sahi."
