Easier for heaven and earth to pass than one tittle of the law to fail. (Lk 16:17) I will not violate the covenant, and what comes out of my lips I will not change (Ps. 89:35).
So 10 of Law has never changed and will never change. It is impossible for any of God's Law to be changed. All part of God's Law is still valid.
